About Dr. J. Alan Wolfe

Dr. Wolfe is a board-certified cardiothoracic and general surgeon. His areas of clinical interest include acquired adult heart disease with emphasis on minimally invasive port-access valve surgery, coronary bypass surgery, aortic and mitral valve reconstruction, aortic root and aortic arch pathology reconstruction, percutaneous aortic valve replacement, and transcatheter MitraClip valve procedures. Dr. Wolfe has over 30 years of experience, and he has been recognized as a top doctor by both Atlanta Magazine and Georgia Trends. Dr. Wolfe’s philosophy of care is to provide patients and families with a thorough explanation of the pathophysiology of their disease process to allow for ideal outcomes after each surgical procedure.
